FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION

  • FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

    Must also register via our registration form below (online or paper), provide a completed ST-19, a Certificate of Liability Insurance, Food License, and have everything to the Fair board by May 15th, 2025

  • FOOD VENDOR FEES

    Vendor Fee $300

    *Disclaimer: Food Vendors are limited and not guaranteed. Registrations are reviewed and approved by the Todd County Fair Board as they come in. If you are wanting to participate in the Todd County Fair, please register as soon as possible. You will be contacted once your registration has been reviewed.

Important Details for this Year’s Fair

  • Set Up Times

    Wednesday, June 25: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    Thursday, June 26: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
    All booths must be fully set up by 12:00 PM on Thursday, June 26.

  • Fair and Building Hours:

    Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    Please keep your booth open until 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 29.

  • Important Notes:

    Please distribute stickers, pamphlets, literature, buttons, or any other materials only from your booth.

    Do not distribute materials around the fairgrounds.

    If this is your first year with us, a Todd County Fair Board Member will be available to assist you and help you find your booth location, and answer any questions.

FOOD VENDOR REGISTRATION

All food vendors provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance listing Todd County Ag Society, an ST19, and a copy of their current food license.

If your forms are NOT included in your registration, your registration will be incomplete. Please make sure to upload the required documents with this form.

Once you have received approval of your registration, Please mail your check of $300 to

PO BOX 207 Browerville, MN 56438.
